The National Transition Network Web site has been removed from the Internet.

The National Transition Network (NTN) was funded by the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs until September 30, 2001.
NTN provided technical assistance and evaluation services to states with grants for Transition Systems Change and School-to-Work to improve transition and school-to-work policies, programs, and practices as they relate to youth with disabilities. NTN also developed and disseminated a variety of policy publications and other networking activities.
